The 2022 award winners were honored at the business meeting during the conference in Vegas. We appreciate all their hard work to SIR over the years!

The Smith Mangum Award: Herb Sauer: In recognition of his legacy of leadership within SIR and the insurance industry. 

President's Individual Award: David Kalinowski, Proactive Worldwide, Inc: In recognition and appreciation for service as Treasurer, dedication and role in planning the Spring Research Workshops, and sharing thought-leadership at events.

President's Individual Award: Austin Tucker, Verisk: In recognition and appreciation for his hard work in making our Annual Conference a success in addition to membership recruitment efforts.

President's Individual Award: Chris Rzany, EFinancial/Fidelity Life Association: In recognition and appreciation for serving SIR in multiple leadership roles, including as Secretary, leading the Life & Health Roundtables, and Annual Conference Life Track Chair.

President's Individual Award: Jennifer Chase, American Financial Group: In recognition and appreciation for her contributions as an Annual Conference Committee member, Education Committee member, and for serving on the Board.

Hopp/Budd Award: Pam Granzin, SCOR Life and Health U.S: For her willingness to help with the President’s newsletter content, writing blogs of virtual content, and helping promote SIR within SCOR and externally in social media.
 
President's Organization Award: USAA: For their commitment to SIR through support of volunteer leaders, committee members, speakers, and overall event engagement.
