  • Identifies and highlights market leading insurance research that reflects the diversity of demographics and needs in the communities in which the insurance industry operates.

The committee works to raise awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion in insurance by:

  • Supporting SIR members in growing in their own DEI journey and equipping them to be effectively engaged in their company’s DEI evolution as well as the insurance industry’s.
  • Increasing the diversity of membership within SIR and in SIR leadership through direct outreach and strategic partnerships with other organizations committed to diversity.
